The "high wood" of the oboe is notched in this piece by loosely scattered impulses from the percussion. In addition, there are various flute- and oboe-like electronic layers that interact with the live oboe. Despite the rigid materiality of the physical and virtual sound generators, a flexible musical discourse emerges, which in some moments even begins to pulsate, bubble and swirl.
